Five Gold stars is a custom WordPress Multisite setup that allows you to send automated email & sms campaigns to people to generate reviews on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. That is all the system supports.
Important to note that this is not software and is not supported by us. What that means is that if we or you make an update, that update will not reflect across all of your locations that you added in this setup. For that reason, we do not support it as software. However, we do offer hourly or recurring options to help with any questions or troubleshooting that you have.
That being said, once you have an understanding of how this system works, you will be able to understand that and may be able to make your own updates and adjustments.
The Main Features #
There are 2 main features of this system. Biz Settings & Campaigns.
Biz Settings are what you enter for each business that will dynamically link to the frontend pages that you or the campaign sends people to. Things like Facebook Review URL, Logo, text to appear on each of the pages.
Campaigns are the email and sms campaigns that get sent to customers. Once you enter a person in the system using the appropriate form, then the will be added to a campaign. For example, if a person gets added to the Email Only Campaign, then they will get 3 automated emails and if they click through on the 2nd email, then they will not receive the 3rd email.
Each of the Emails and SMS is editable, so don’t worry if you want to put your own personalizations on them.
